A thick and warm blanket honoring the CCC.
The Jacquard Wool Blanket pays tribute to the Civilian Conservation Corps, one of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s most successful New Deal initiatives. Founded in 1933, the CCC put thousands of men to work reforesting their wildlands, combating erosion, and providing aid in times of natural disasters.
The 28-oz. wool/cotton blend is thick, soft and warm. It’s tightly-woven on complex jacquard looms, with large, detailed graphics of the original CCC emblem and the number of the Washington state-based company 2935. Blanket-stitched edges prevent fraying. Limited-edition.
Fit intent is comfortably snug.
