 Return Process

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

*Final Sale Items may not be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will provide a return label if the product is deemed damaged, defective, or misrepresented.

Please contact us at info@montanasupplyco.com and let us know if you would like to provide the shipping label or if would you like us to. We can ship with either UPS or USPS. 

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus applicable shipping fees. If the original form of payment is no longer valid we will only be able to offer store credit for the goods returned.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
